The breakfast was perfect, thoughtful service, awesome staff. I got free upgrade and liked it. Food was reasonably priced. Exceptional location, right next to gion shirakawa.

An adorable hotel in an optimal setting with lots of little extras. A lovely beach, nice view. I liked the property, the staff was exceptionally attentive, outstanding value for money...
